The list was not automatically added to Sonarr based on settings. You can copy the URL and manually add it to Sonarr.
The list was not automatically added to Sonarr because it does not support generic lists. You'll have to add it as a Trakt list and authenticate inside of Sonarr.

The list was automatically added to Sonarr based on settings. There is a delay between a list being added and shows being available on the list, you will receive a notification and Sonarr will be updated (if enabled) when mdblist has updated your list with shows.
